01About us

Piel & Pelo Family Salon is a unisex hair, beauty and grooming salon at Calicut Gate Building, Ramanattukara, Kozhikode, Kerala 673633, India.

02Prices

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices on this website and on our posters are a guide. The final price can depend on hair length, thickness, the products used and the time needed. Your stylist will confirm the price before starting.
• We may change prices or offers at any time. A change will not affect a service already booked with a confirmed price.

03Bookings

Appointments, late arrivals, cancellations and advance payments are covered in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

04Consultation and your health

• Before chemical, colour, skin or facial treatments, please tell us about any allergies, skin conditions, medication, recent treatments elsewhere, or pregnancy.
• We may ask for a patch test at least 48 hours before hair colour or certain skin treatments. If you choose to skip a recommended patch test, you do so at your own risk.
• Our stylists may refuse or change a service if it could damage your hair or skin, or if there is a visible infection or condition that makes it unsafe.

05Results

We always aim for the look you want, but hair and skin respond differently. Results depend on your hair's condition, previous treatments and natural colour, so we cannot guarantee an exact match to a reference photo. Following the aftercare advice we give helps your results last.

06Children

Clients under 18 need a parent or guardian's consent for chemical treatments and should be accompanied for their visit. Children waiting in the salon must be supervised by an adult at all times.

07Conduct in the salon

We want the salon to be comfortable for everyone. We may refuse service to anyone who is abusive, under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or who makes staff or other clients feel unsafe.

08Your belongings

Please keep valuables with you. We take reasonable care, but we are not responsible for loss of or damage to personal items left unattended in the salon.

09Photos

We may ask to photograph your look for our portfolio and social media. We will only use photos in which you can be recognised with your permission, as explained in our Privacy Policy.

10Our liability

We carry out every service with professional care. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim about a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for reactions or damage caused by information you did not share with us, a patch test you declined, or aftercare advice not followed. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12Complaints

If something isn't right, please tell us first and we will try to put it right quickly. Call or WhatsApp us on +91 90485 03322. We aim to respond within 2 working days.

13Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts of Kozhikode, Kerala.
